Description
I offer in the owner's order:
Floating Home Boat ́Gabrielle ́ with 1A-Liegeplatz, without motorization:
hull: year approx. 1994 made of steel, riveted and welded with about 16 tons weight.
Construction: year approx. 2011-2012, in thermopanic construction (winterproof)
Length: 12,90 meters
Width: 4,55 meters
Electric roller shutters, Small solar system on board (expandable)
Very nice oven with a good heating performance, ensures a nice mood and light on cold days!
There is a unique opportunity to purchase a houseboat with written proof that the buyer can take over the location.
The location offers a beautiful view in a quiet location with 1A view of the water.
Electricity is available all year round!
Water is set off from Sylvester until spring beginning. But whoever is smart, builds a large water tank into the floating body, so a year-round use would be possible. If you don't want to do this, you have to miss out on your floating home for almost 3 months.
Fäkaliens disposal takes place from land, must be agreed with the disposal company.
All available documents are handed over to the buyer/buyer on sale.
The owner transfers the houseboat personally!
Visiting dates only via Bootsbroker-Berlin, as the owner does not live on site.
Please make an appointment via a confirmation form or remove my mobile number from the imprint.
As can be seen in the pictures, even smaller works have to be installed and if necessary a kitchen.
The state must be referred to as GUT as a whole.
Location: Köpenick
We sell the boat to private with the exclusion of any personal liability! The buyer agrees to sign a valid purchase agreement.
