I renewed the old cloudy cabin windows and seals six years ago.
The teak deck should be revised, as well as some teak bars. A high-quality teakboard is available for this work:

A beautiful classic South Cruiser with lots of potential for lovers of traditional sailboats. The interior presents itself in good condition and conveys a warm, maritime atmosphere with the mahogany extension. I removed the old inner lining in Braun, as I wanted to add a new bright color sometime. With some work on the underwater ship and teak deck you get an attractive and value-stable Kajütsegler.
