LM 27 – classic Danish motor sailer with modern RAYMARINE electronics - well maintained condition - ready for use immediately.
LM 27 engine sailors from 1977 in a well maintained and technically good condition. The LM 27 is one of the most well-known Danish engine giants and still convinces by its solid construction, high seaworthiness and the cozy solid wood interior construction.
Particular emphasis should be placed on the extensive investment in recent years. The modernizations of the past 5 years alone reflect almost the current offer price.
The LM27 is driven by a Volvo Penta 3-cylinder MD2030 diesel engine with 29 hp from approx. 2001 with approx. 1400 hours of operation that always provides reliable services. Engine service was carried out annually. This included, among others, the two fuel filters, the oil filter incl. Oil, ampeller change and V-belt change. The underwater vessel was completely cleaned, ground and re-fouled in spring. 1x AGM Varta Silver (Starter) and a Lithium LIONTRON 165AH (Supply) provide power supply.
In 2022/2023, almost the complete navigation and control electronics have been renewed to modern Raymarine technology, including plotter, radar, AIS, radio, wind measuring system and wheel autopilot.
The high-quality wood interior construction and floor covering was also renewed in 2022.
In 2024, all 11 windows (alu frames) were renewed.
The middle cockpit window can be opened (see photo). Very pleasant in very warm weather!
The sea valves were renewed in 2024. Additional clips were also installed for flexible and easy fixation.
